Our cakes begin their journey in the bakery where they are mixed using the finest quality ingredients, and hand decorated with a range of delicious toppings.

We can only guarantee a partial refund if you cancel 72hrs prior to delivery or collection date. Please note if you place an order for collection or delivery within 72hrs you are ordering it in a non-cancellation period. Therefore, Lea’s cakes reserve the right to retain the total value of the order to cover costs. Orders placed for next day delivery cannot be amended, altered or cancelled once placed.

At present, we are established in Northern Virginia, customers can avail local deliveries (within 10 miles). With an additional $10. However, nonlocal (Outside10 miles) can be availed area on weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) with an additional $20.

Alterations to orders may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. No amendments or additions can be made with 72 hours of order fulfilment. Any alternations or amendments may incur an additional charge. Please note Rescheduling or postponing the order for a later date/time is only acceptable 72 hours prior to delivery.

Orders placed for next day delivery cannot be amended, altered or cancelled once placed

Your order will be available on decided slot from Monday to Friday 9 A.M to 5 P.M. If for some reason you are unable to collect on the specified time, and it turn out to be a last-minute delivery, additional $25 will be applicable. Once a cake has been accepted, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely transport to its destination.

Where delivery is demanded, it is the customer’s responsibility to confirm a complete and correct address, along with a correct phone number for communication. It is also the customer’s responsibility that someone is available to accept the delivery at the address. Lea’s Cake will not accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information provided, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.
